These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by 4J Floors. By requesting an estimate, purchasing materials, scheduling work, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of review. Final pricing may change if site conditions, measurements, material selections, floor preparation needs, or scope of work change.

Scheduling
Project dates and installation times are subject to availability. Scheduling may change due to material delays, weather, site readiness, or other conditions outside our control.

Deposits and Payments
Deposits may be required to secure materials, scheduling, or special-order products. Remaining balances are due according to the payment terms provided for the project.

Materials
Material availability may vary. Color, texture, shade, and lot differences may occur between samples, photos, and final installed products.

Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible work area. Additional charges may apply if unexpected subfloor issues, moisture problems, furniture moving, removal of existing flooring, or other hidden conditions are discovered.

Special Orders and Custom Materials
Special-order and custom materials may not be refundable once ordered.

Cancellations
Canceled projects may be subject to charges for materials ordered, time reserved, administrative work, or labor already performed.

Completed Work
Customers should review completed work promptly and raise any concerns within a reasonable time so they can be addressed.

4J Floors makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but pricing, availability, offers, and service details may change without notice.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At 4J Floors, we want our customers to clearly understand how payments, materials, and service-related refunds are handled. Because many flooring projects involve special-order materials, scheduling, labor, and preparation work, refunds are handled based on the stage of the project and the products involved.

Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure scheduling, materials, or special-order products. Deposit terms will be discussed before work begins.

Special-Order Materials
Special-order materials, custom materials, and products ordered specifically for a customer are generally non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Installed Labor and Services
Labor already performed, installation services completed, floor preparation, removal, and other completed work are non-refundable.

Material Issues
If materials arrive damaged or defective, please notify 4J Floors as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

Cancellations
If a project is canceled before materials are ordered or work begins, any refund will be reviewed based on costs already incurred, scheduling commitments, and administrative work completed.

Refund Review
Any approved refund will be issued based on the specific circumstances of the project, including materials ordered, labor completed, and other related costs.
